“I have been consulting Dr. Singh for 2 years and 9 months now from MedPsych Health Services. From the beginning, I felt that she truly knows what she is doing and is extremely helpful and insightful. She is very patient, understanding, and keen. There was a lot of mental noise I was experiencing before I started with her. She immediately knew the treatment plan that was right for me. The Patient Ally platform is so easy to use for scheduling my meetings with her and the MedPsych staff is friendly and helpful. The staff is very prompt when addressing back to you in message or email. The prescription is sent every month in a very organized manner to the pharmacy and I have not had any problems with their service. Five stars is all I can give. If I had more stars to give as an option, I would.”
