Kate was very helpful in taking care of the enrollment process for rebate programs and very attentive when answering my questions about billing. Unfortunately, I’ve been told on numerous occasions that I have tiny veins, which makes getting an IV a difficult and painful process. Mar, the nurse who has seen me the most, put me at ease immediately about my fears and was able to get the needle in on the first try without difficulty, on multiple occasions.
